第一步：设计雕塑造型

首先就是对于雕塑的整体的构想而设计出图纸，然后再依照此图案的样子铸造出此铸铜雕塑。

第二步：制作泥稿

The second step: making mud manuscripts

然后就是对设计出来的图案用泥稿做出个大致的模型出来，方便我们定型，如果有什么不好的地方我们可以在泥塑上改动。

第三步：模具翻制

Third step: Die turning

模具有两种：一种要是不太复杂的就用石膏翻制。另一种是复杂的就用硅胶翻制。

There are two kinds of moulds: a plaster cast if it is not too complicated. The other is a complex one that is made of silica gel.

第四步：蜡型灌制

The fourth step: wax casting

把融化好的石蜡灌到已经制作好的石膏模具或硅胶模具里，等石蜡冷却后就成了蜡型了。 第五步：制壳 制壳和模具翻制一样分为两种：一种是小件或着复杂的我们应该选用精密铸造，所谓精密制作就是用精致石英砂一层一层吧制作好的蜡型包起来、然后再用高温把壳里面的石蜡烧净。另一种就是树脂砂箱制作，砂箱制作一般适用于简单的，平面浮雕，大铜钱，铜佛像的背面，等没有多大工艺的光面。

第六步：铸造

高温把铜化成铜水灌注到做好的壳或砂箱里面。

第七步：打磨

The seventh step: grinding

清冒口打磨。

第八步：拼接铸铜雕塑

Eighth step: cast copper sculptures

把已经打磨好的铜雕拼在一起，成为一个完整的整体。这一步做完基本就能看出我们的铸铜雕塑大致样子了。

第九步：清理焊口

Ninth step: cleaning weld

把我们拼接好的铜雕焊接的部位都处理成跟我们的泥稿一摸一样。
