妇好鸮尊从上可分为有肩大口尊、觚形尊、鸟兽尊三类，是容酒器的尊。1976年出土于妇好墓。妇好鸮尊以鸮作生活原型，宽喙高冠，圆眼竖耳，头部略扬，挺胸直立，双翅敛羽，两足粗壮有力，同垂地的宽尾构成一个平面，给人沉稳之感。鸮首后部有一呈半圆形的盖子，其上饰以立鸟及龙形钮。装饰着兽首的鋬（即把手）安在鸮背。
