1、制作设计稿：按客户要求绘制石雕手稿，如果可能还需要用电脑制作多角度效果图供客户查阅。

2、选择合适的石材：根据设计图稿、设计要求及制作工艺的要求选择合适的石材材料。需要注意的是，这个过程必须并检查色差、石材结构及其它一些可能影响到后续工作的问题。
2. Select appropriate stone materials: select appropriate stone materials according to the design drawings, design requirements and production process requirements. It should be noted that this process must check the color difference, stone structure and other problems that may affect the follow-up work.
3、初加工准备雕刻：把毛石材制作成板材并用龙门锯解成尺寸料。需注意合缝检查。

4、雕刻放样：根据设计稿制作1：1大样。
4. Carving and setting out: make 1:1 detail drawing according to the design draft.
5、开始雕刻：放样完成后，进行石材雏形（大概的轮廓样子）雕刻，然后由工艺美术师精雕细刻。

6、打磨： 雕刻全部完工后，进行细部处理，并用粗砂布，细砂布进行磨光。

7、检验验收：在客户验收之前，由公司质监部门进行雕塑质量检查。

8、雕塑安装：根据安装场景、尺寸等做好钢材骨架，并焊接安装。

9、审查检验： 浮雕安装完毕后由工艺美术师再进行局部处理，并进行安装验收。
